Just in time for the holidays (on Uranus), Ask Boz, newly acquired by Time Life Video, is releasing the “Ask Boz Season One” DVD. This set of 17 enhanced DVDs not only contains all 13 episodes of Ask Boz’s first season, but it also has an exclusive copy of the pilot episode, hilarious outtakes, a behind the scenes look at Ask Boz central, and a preview of the upcoming season. All this comes with a special directors cut, pictures of what clowns really do in that tiny car, a preview of Woody Allen’s Mighty Hermaphrodite, a melted candy bar and a condom wrapper.

Here are some of the highlights:

1. Do you remember episode three, when Ask Boz was asked “How do you maintain both a superior physique, dominant play, startling intelligence, and an almost indescribably offensive amount of hair without becoming arrogant and lice ridden?” You remember the answer, don’t you? Of course it was: “I don’t! I was sent to your planet from Omega Askboz One to help you evolve to a higher level of physical, mental, and hairical level. Believe it or not, on my planet, I am considered quite average, bald, and to have a nearly criminal lack of parasites.”
2. The critically acclaimed “backwards” episode, when Zob Ksa replied “Man Animating Doll Sex Inflated enemy-arch my by animated doll sex up blow a really is he” to the question “field the on Avery Ed school you time every aroused sexually you are why?”
3. Everybody’s favorite out-take when Glen cleverly disguised himself as a male.
4. As you all know, Boz didn't play Ask Boz in the pilot episode; instead, the role was played by Ask Captain Christopher Pike. He was replaced by Ask Boz when he answered the question “What should legions of Star Trek fans do when William Shatner produces an episode?” with the reply: “Commit suicide.”
